The Trail Cafe

Welcome to our beautiful little historic Abingdon, located in the highlands of southwest Virginia. We are proud to be part of this great community celebrating our five year anniversary. Our Trail Café is a neighborhood café, a gathering place with local art on display and welcomes the opportunity to serve you breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Please join us for a tantalizing full American breakfast or Deli lunch with a sandwich made “your way”, either cold, Panini or a wrap - the popcorn is always fresh and free. Dinner is served Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening featuring a “Lite Bite” appetizer menu (based on tapas style dining).

We offer hearty or healthy dining with an international mix for dinner. We proudly serve Virginia roasted Trager Brothers Coffee and Abingdon Winery products for your pleasure.

Breakfast - Come on in and try Momma Z's scrambled eggs with cheese and salsa or stay on the lite-side with a muffin or bagel.

Lunch features scrumptious meats, cheeses, breads, home-made soups and wonderful individual sized desserts.

Dinner –Lite Bites, Classic Sandwiches, Home style chicken pot pie, Lettuce Wraps, English Fish & Chips as well as a mixed offering for individual dining pleasure.
